Account and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity through your Google-authenticated account and for keeping access to that account secure. Do not share or transfer an account to evade restrictions.
You must have the right to edit every image
You may upload only images you own, created under terms that permit your intended edit, licensed for modification, or have explicit permission to change. Do not use the service to remove copyright notices, stock-photo watermarks, artist signatures, licensing controls, purchase gates, or other marks from work you are not authorized to modify.
You keep your rights in the images you submit. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, copy, process, and return them to operate the service.
Processing results
The service attempts to process visible marks, supported provenance metadata, and embedded watermark signals. Results depend on the file, image content, upstream software, and watermark version. We do not promise a particular visual result, complete removal, an undetectable output, or success against any proprietary detector.
Review the result before publishing or relying on it. Processing a copy does not erase an original file, a platform's server-side records, or copies previously distributed.
Credits, payments, and refunds
A new eligible account receives one free image credit. Paid credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The price presented at checkout is based on the selected quantity and the applicable threshold.
Purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. One credit is reserved for an accepted job. If a job reaches its configured failure limit, the application returns that credit to the account. A returned credit is not a cash refund.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, deceptively, to infringe another person's rights, to facilitate fraud or impersonation, to conceal required provenance disclosures, or to probe, overload, bypass, or interfere with the service and its security controls. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Processing capacity uses remote infrastructure that can fail, be interrupted, or change. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every image, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for your source images, permissions, disclosures, outputs, and how you publish or distribute them. To the extent permitted by law, Delete SynthID is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. Material changes apply prospectively from the posted update date. Questions about these terms can be sent to mehulmpt@gmail.com.
